 500 series laptops

I'm looking for two 500 series laptops. Don't need them to come in the same package or anything, just need two of them. I need them to be either 520c or 540c. Preferably 320meg HD or higher, and at least 12 megs of RAM.

I got a 520C I want to sell, 8megs, 160 Meg HD, ac adapter and a battery for 40 + shipping.
