One wicked cool piece of equipment, the Radius Powerview lets you hook up early Powerbooks and compact macs to an external color monitor (Mac or VGA). It works perfectly (I've used it with my 170) and includes the power supply and software. Your Mac needs to be running 7.1 or earlier. Will sell for $25 or trade for a IIci 040 CPU upgrade.Ryan 7 68k Macs

Did some research and realized that it wont work on any mac without color quickdraw. so basically i have no use for it. Also discovered turbo 601 is wort h quite a bit more....

S'alright. But, I'm confused about the color quickdraw thing. I don't have color quickdraw on my 170, but it works fine. Would you sell your Turbo 601 anyhow? I would love one of those... Ryan 7 68k Macs

color quickdraw is a rom thing, not a software thing. they may have considered having a color version of the 170, therefore implementing it into the ROM, but never adding a color screen. ^
