I upgraded the PB 520 to the Apple 100mhz-now, I cannot get on the net because my "Shared Library Manager" folder needs to be "PPC", but isn't. Is there somewhere I can download the SLM PPC extension? Or do I have to do a clean install? How do I do that without wiping the hard drive? Thanks!

you could do an install where it installs just a new system folder.... can't think of the name of it. it won't wipe the HD and youll get what you want.

Just run the installer off the system install CD and choose clean install. You don't have to wipe the drive.

I can send it to you if you don't have the CD or disk that you need. On the OS 8 cd, the PPC shared library manager is in the system folder that the CD uses to boot from, so you won't need to do any installation if you have that
