Some problems with my loggin. I apologize if this is a redundant message.First of all, greetings good people of the MLA!
I am currently using 6.0.8 on my Mac classic. I love it. it's great, efficient and nostalgic! However, somewhere along the line, I crossed wires and realized that I can't cross-platform it with a PC for writing and exchanging text (oops). I was told I needed sys 7.0.0 for this.
An aquaintance of mine told me to download sys 7.5.5 over 7.5.3 (the latter not being as stable).
I couldn't find a 7.5.5 from the download site and am thinking that he meant 7.5.3 is more reliable than 7.0.0. (Is the aquaintance as confused as I am???)
7.5.3 has about 19 bins!! Wow, that's a lot of download time at Kinkos. What does 7.5.3 have that 6.0.8 don't have? Before I commit to wiping out 6.0.8.
Just want to make sure that I'm doing the right thing about the 7.5.3 upgrade just to get PC Exchange.
P.S. Those shirts are pretty cool! I may have to get one!!
Is there a 7.5.5 or am I just confused?
