A little while ago, I was hearing rumors about a hack/patch that allows you to run Mac OS 8.5 on the Basilisk II emulator. Does anyone know how to do this or know anything about it??

It's impossible. OS 8.5 requires a PPC processor, and Basilisk II only emulates a 68k processor. They're two completely different architectures, so the emulator core would have to be completely rewritten to emulate a PPC. Plus, it would be horribly slow.

You can run anything up to 8.1 on BasiliskII provided you have
the correct kind of ROM.
