Whats the command used to change to a different partition or disk in the OS X terminal? I've tried the old trick i use in RedHat, and it don't work! Maybe one of the UNIX geeks here may know? There's this folder i need to delete and i can't do it through the OS X Finder, and its too big to copy to my boot partition.-------------------------- "I keep my friends close, but I keep my enemies closer" - Unkown Warrior maclover5 68k Macintosh Liberation Army Number of 68ks Liberated: 6

Additional partitions are mounted under '/Volumes/<partition name' in OS X. To change to other partitions that your OS X boot partition simply 'cd /Volumes/partition'. Not over hard if you know what you are doing -- Mark Benson FlatPackMacs http://fpm.gotdns.com 2nd Lieutenant - 68kMLA, LC Quartermaster Flat Packing Macs for 68k MLA airlift excercises Macs Liberated = 14! |

Or just drag the drive icon into the Terminal window... You can do that with any icon, folder, drive, document, whatever.~Coxy - Leader, Tactical Operations Unit Mayor of NuBus City v3.0
