I did an unusual liberation this week. I liberated an SE but only the logic board. I slapped it and an 800k floppy drive in an SE/30 case and, loand behold, it worked. I wasn't sure what it'd do as it'd been pinned to my notice board for a few months! I got it off an ex-housemate at Uni. He said it probably worked but wasn't sure. I guess it does work then

The major reason I tried was to see if my collection of SE ethernet cards works. I have one in it now but it too me a while to fit the back-board thingy as I think the chassis is slightly different on an SE. It's running System 6.0.8 and the ethernet stuff. Ethernet is so slow it's silly but at least it works

Will you sell me a SE ethernet card? Preferbly an Asante or apple but will take any. Really want to dump that EN/SC.
Thanks,
Geoff
