In the Spy Who Shagged Me it was a VW New Beetle drop-top, and in Goldmember it's a New Mini. Funny how the retro-auto industry keeps supplying AP movies with new vehicles! In episode four maybe VW will have the New Microbus ready for a few scenes... 666th poster and 666th thread-creator Mod of the Mac II series Forums Total 68K Macs liberated: 7 I Have No Legs! |

Why do you hate X? I have it on my iMac right now, and going back to OS 9 now seems like going back in time. -------------------------- Pizzabox LCs RULE!!!!!!! Warrior maclover5 68k Macintosh Liberation Army Number of 68ks Liberated: 6

Maybe I'm retarded, but X just doesn't appeal to me with all of its Aquafied, now furified, looks for one. I like all the sound sets of 9. I like playing with res edit. I hate Classic in X cuz it's slow, I really don't like the way the Aquafied buttons are. Right now in 9 on my iMac here, I'm using Kaeidoscope with NeXTStep 4 scheme. I like that. Oh ya, I don't really like the dock in X. It was neat for a while, but then it became a nuisance to me. Just personal things, not bashing the OS or anything, it just doesn't do for me what 9 does.________________ foetoid, that's (fee-toy-d) http://www.foetoid.doesntexist.com |

Yeah, I was at the Northridge Apple Store over the weekend and played with 10.2 on a dual 1Ghz and an eMac. The undulating backgrounds are very, very cool. I've always imagined having that and now finally it's here! I just can't wait to get an eMac myself so I can finally get with the times.666th poster and 666th thread-creator Mod of the Mac II series Forums Total 68K Macs liberated: 7 I Have No Legs! |
