I got a new guitar today! An Ibanez AF120BS! It's a beautiful full hollow Ibanez jazz box with a spruce top, maple back and sides, two Super 58 humbuckers, and a gorgeous sunburst finish! It looks great, and it sounds even better than it looks!

Anyway, I need to name it. Does anybody have any good ideas for what to name a guitar? It has to be a feminine name that you think fits the guitar. See http://www.ibanez.com/guitars/guitar.asp?model=AF120 for pictures.

Ideas So Far:
Samantha
Lauren
Shannon
Meredith

You could name it Jaco in memory of the late Jaco Pastorious, who totaly and completely rocks like no other. The only thing is, you have a guitar, he's a bassman. Although, that should be no hinderance.

I can't name it Jaco! I'm not good enough! I can't play chords on the bass with artificial harmonics! Even on the guitar, I can't solo over Donna Lee!

Thanks Trash.

After asking friends what they though I should name it, I've picked the name Samantha. Thanks for the suggestions. FYI, Ellie May Clampett was second on my list.
