Didn't you just get that thing? I'd rather get some good out of a mac than to "make a buck" off of it.

You remind me of someone that buys a car, and and turns around to sell it a week later, this cycle repeating itself 2 or 3 times a week, not knowing what to do with anything. The money from the sale of one thing buys something else, just so it can be dumped too.... IMHO

You can have my iMac for $200 with a external monitor so you can get higher resolutions. It has 64 ram a 266mhz CPU G3, and is a tangerine color. No keyboard or mouse, it has a 1.7GIG hd loaded with Mac os 8.5 WOW! This is a monster deal. Let me know.

1 PB170 this one has an ac adapter but I get "?" inside a mac icon.

whats wrong with the tangerines display?

I don't think so, for one the analog is bad but you can use a external monitor so you can use it, you can hook a 17' monitor and get higher resolution than with internal monitor, This makes it a little better than another one. this can be upgraded to a G4, you can add Firewire, a VooDoo video card, and a comobo drive. This is one of the most expandible iMacs made. Let me know but that is too little for my taste.

For one thing...

THE DISPLAY IS BROKEN. So that means either someone has to get it FIXED which will cost $$$$$ or you have to take up more space by using ANOTHER monitor... OR BUY another monitor so its definitely not worth 200. Even if it is expandable. I'd say if it were in working condition then maybe 200 but since its BROKEN, not even 150.

Well the board to fix it is $40 which is not a lot of money, you must not be well educated to think it is worth that amount but ok. The CRT is fine but one small board.

Last time I got my analog fixed it cost 120 dollars, of course I had it done professionally. If you want to do it yourself MAYBE cost 40 (which is cheaper then I think).

Regardless, Its a WASTE OF MONEY to pay 200 dollars for a BROKEN iMac when you could probably find one in good condition for the same amount.

IF it only costs 40 dollars why dont you have it fixed? and then try selling?
