There is only one path and that is the path that you take, but you can take more than one path.

it's amazing what i've gotten out of this modem tonight! As well as being the server, the PowerBook is also my net router for everything else - a pc with msn messenger running behind me and i'm surfing pretty hard on this here 8600

cool huh? I took some screen shots on the PowerBook and created some gifs out of the icons and sorta just threw it all together

I'm off to bed shortly (it's now 1:45am), thanks for dropping in! bookmark the address for future reference - it'll work whenever I'm online :-)

see ya!

yup they're cool, but not actually mine. I can't take the credit for something I didn't do - I stole them from here (I was going to see if I could make my own bouncy stuff, but the script is waaaaay over my head)

I'm playing with my server again....I have set up ftp and if someone is keen to give it a go then try ftp://flash.kicks-ass.org user/pwd = 68k It *should* work... assuming that my modem can manage to stay online for longer than 5 minutes of course (grrr what the f**k is it doing! )

cheers

12:05am local

crap crap crap CRAP! Only just worked out that 95% of the dropouts are caused by a dodgy printer/modem connection to the modem! 50% of the problem is the dial-in is engaged or "this number is currently unavailable" 76% is the control panel I've got automagically updating my dynamic IP DNS name thing. And about the other 30% of the problem is IP NetRouter, WebSTAR, TCP/IP and crap knows what else all crashing heads against each other.

Aside from all that, everything is just dandy. Just F***ING DANDY!
