Strange Quadra 950 behaviour

bigsadhu Junior Member Cayman Island 462 Posts	Posted - 27 Jul 2002 : 20:51:54 Problem 1. No key. Solution? I pulled the plug and shorted jumpers 2&3. Problem 2. Plug her in and strange noises come out of the power supply. First there's a click like a relay activating, then a hiss that sounds like escaping compressed air. Then the click. Then the hiss. And so on. No other signs of life. Is my power supply haunted? Or does it just have a flat tyre? Ideas anyone? Cheers! This happens & a new power supply is the usual advice I hear.
