The following is from the Mac EvangeList, posted by Randy Singer:

There are, at this writing, already over 13,000 signatures on a petition
protesting the new charges for .Mac e-mail. You can add yours at:

http://www.PetitionOnline.com/iTol/petition.html

Note that your e-mail address will be protected from e-mail harvesters if
you do add your name to the site.

It has been confirmed that Apple is taking comments from callers about
the lack of a discounted upgrade path from OS X 10.x to 10.2. It is
possible that they might relent on the issue of charging full-price to
upgrade from a previous version of OS X. see:

http://www.macslash.org/expo/02/07/18/0338209.shtml

Give 'em a call at (800) 335-9258 , but be polite to the operator

Woohoo! signed it long time ago. 1443 i do believe, or somewhere around there. Apple may make quick computers, but us users are even faster in our response time

There is only one path and that is the path that you take, but you can take more than one path.

Ive always wanted statistics on what percentage of online petitions actually have any effect on anything.

It would be nice to know that an online petition has ever had any effect on somebodies opinion...

But Im very doubtful.
