Hello. A friend of mine wants to start learning about linux, so I recommended he install mklinux on his 8100/100. For this to occur, however, he really needs a new hard drive. I think there is an unused 5.25" bay which he can install the hard drive into. Anyway, he is willing to pay up to ~20 dollars. If needed, I can throw in some 4 meg 30 pin simms if 20 dollars is not enough. |

Something like this:http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2037561115 I do not really know a lot about hard drives, so I am not sure if that one would work w/ an 8100. I think he wants more than a gigabyte, but I really do not know about the pricing.
