Ever since I upgraded to 7.5.5 I cannot switch appletalk to anything, this is on my Quadra 700 Whenever I try to start it up in the chooser it says appletalk cannot be opened or when it try from the appletalk control panel it gives me an error?-----

why did you upgrade to 7.5.5, it's supposedly just a bugfix and ethernet fix for a few later machines that needed it, AFAIK. clean install it back down to 7.5.3 and see if it works again. applespec says it supports it, but unless you need an updated system, i find it's always best to stick with a bugfixed whole number installer like 7.5.3 if at all possible.jt  ™.

I think i need it for pppoe so i installed it, but I do not have any network connections right now, but as I said this did not happen before...-----

Ok all I had to do was to reinstall open transport and it works fine now, Thanks Everybody  -----
