This matter has been brought to my attention via email and I'm not very
happy about it either. I would like this place to be somewhere where you'll
know what you're going to get, and not get ripped off.

This place is buyer beware, but it doesn't mean that fraud is allowed. Your
posts states a 56k modem, this is not really something which can be
explained away as an oversight.

Remember, this forum assumes no responsibility, but we will cooperate with
'the Feds' if it came down to such a thing. If you use an ISP, you're pretty
much trackable. What am I saying? Please don't rip people off, if the matter
is at an end, fine. Consider yourself warned.

Problem is how could we enforce saftey along with freedom?

Please let this site be safe, on ebay you may get ripped off & I have heard rumours about ebay not backing ppl up when things go wrong.

I would like to see that false or deliberatly misleading posts are exposed as just that.

at the same time we all know(or should know) to always ask questions and as many of you know I am a graet exponent of "asking the question" even when I am embarrassed about my lack of knowledge.
