For the love of Maria, have a look at this giant! This bastich holds a total of thirty 3.5" x half-height SCSI hard drives in all of its 3, ten-drive trays! Best of all, the seller isn't far enough to prohibit a pickup, and the price is low. I may end up getting it...but, the real question is figuring out how to address that many drives. Even with an Ultra-Wide host like an FWB JackHammer, it would take two JackHammer cards to provide that many ID's! 666th poster and 666th thread-creator Mod of the Mac II series Forums Total 68K Macs liberated: 7 I Have No Legs! |

Oh wait, I just checked the auction, it uses FC SCSI connectors. Still, one could always hack 50 or 68-pin connectors into it and use what must be a monstrous PSU.666th poster and 666th thread-creator Mod of the Mac II series Forums Total 68K Macs liberated: 7 I Have No Legs! |

I see you haven't checked the Articles section on the Surplus website page...A small MAID system would fit nicely in it! ~Coxy - Leader, Tactical Operations Unit Mayor of NuBus City v3.0
