ok you dudes...my 68k love is waning!!!! NOOO!!!!!!!! actually, its just because I HAVE NO 68k's!!!!!!!!!!! so, im hoping youguys can hook me up with a working powerbook of some sort, for around 25 bucksi actually have 3 broken powerbooks...they are probably not broken at all, but their screen/mobo connectors are screwed up well, actually, laptop isnt important...lightness is key though, as i need to have it shipped to hawaii
any secrets? can i ship by freight for like 10 cents?

You don't need a fragile Powerbook; you need a robust, long-lived SE!There are two free ones available in SF--see 'Red Alert' in the General Discussion forum. How much would it cost to ship an SE to Hawaii? Probably can't go by UPS Ground, right?  /Mr Lynn Curator of: SE (6.0.4), SE w. 020 accelerator (6.0.8), SE w. no HD, IIfx (7.1), IIci (bad HD); plus various PPCs in family (blue G3/350 is main Mac these days). |
