Hi all. My name is Chi-Chi and I operate The Mothership. http://www.mothership.tripod.com
Hope you stop by and check it out. All early Apple, all the time, always free. No ads, no nufin! Just my love of Apple Computers.

Also..does anyone out there have a spare keyboard for an Apple II+?

Nice site, very well done. Clever design, neat graphics, fast server. Fascinating content for fans of old Macs. Congrats!

Thanks for making me feel at home! I notice alot of people mention specific computers. Are these your latest finds? Or parts of your collection? Does anyone collect old Apple advertising or promotional material?

Yup! I have a fairly decent collection, if I do say so myself. It does contain some fairly estoric Australian items, but only goes back to 1994 or so.

Kool! If anyone has Advertising, Brochure or other Apple Promotional print material that would be a good addition to the Advertising and Brochure Gallery on The Mothership, donations of these would be greatly appreciated! Just scan and email, and they'll be added. Thanks in advance! ;)

It'd take a good deal of scanning, something which I generally don't do...

Just taking a leaf through my stuff, my rarest promos are probably an Australian only ad targeted at students, and a rare flyer (sadly damaged) flogging off LCs and Performas in 1994.

Yeah. I got a bunch of brochures from back in 1993 when we were looking for our first Mac - the LCIII. Don't have as much as i used to, because Mum made me chuck out a bunch of them.

Got a truckload of old AppleNews (A newsletter Apple Australia used to print) issues though!
