I am a owner of Supermac Spectrum 24 IV videocard (rom version 1.6) is this card compatible with PM 7100 or I need a rom upgrade

the roms on those cards are not flashable. you would need the exact chips. I just looked at www.lowendmac.com (http://www.lowendmac.com/video/spectrum24siv.html) and it says 9.0.4 is the highest you can go if you have the right rom. check out the page for more info. BTW, sweet card.


It all depends on what system you are using.
