Is this "CHANNEL 7" the same across the country? Are they the same network?

Yeah. Basically the same content Aus-wide, with localised news and sport and slogans and stuff. It's actually called Prime in the East, I believe.

Yeah. Never heard of it being called Prime in the East though, although i have heard of it being called Prime, down in Brisbane and probably a few other capital cities. Great channel though. Much better than that other TV station...*thinks about Channel 9...*

Here's another question:

Any of our Aussie soldiers ever heard of an Aussie poet named "Rat Sack"? I saw him on Def Poetry on HBO and assumed he was at least somewhat well-known, since most of the other poets they showcased were.

He was pretty good, he did this poem about losing his hair...it was pretty funny. I'm a poet at heart, though, so i really dig the post-beat-generation.
