Exams are over! Holidays are here! Time for the real work!
Basically, if there is something you'd like to see on the site, just let me know!

PS. If you say "The Liberated", expect to be asked to help. If 5 or so people did just 10 systems each...

I'll do the colour classic, and perhaps a Pizzabox 1.

This is the basic format for the info, if you're interested:
http://users.creative.net.au/~mla/mla_site/128.html
This will be the amount of info we have at a minimum. There's no point in doing stats if we aren't going to do them right!
I also plan to have model specific links and articles at the bottom, the info is ripped straight out of the AppleSpec database: http://www.applespec.com/

Ack! I thought we established that we were not going to pursue "The Liberated" - tired and repetitive, right? And if we were it was going to be VERY similar to the 605 mockup Dana did a while back!

I don't see a problem with putting the text bodies before the in-depth stats...

I was at an amiga forum site and as well as the usual sections they had a developers forum section.

Applefritter has realbasic lessons so maybe a Developers section might be useful.

As a lot of 68k programming stuff is getting discarded from the web it would be a good place for keeping 68k programming techniques alive.

there are quite a few 68k programmers out there & it is worth getting them talking.

I am gonna email all the 68k programmers I can or in other words I will post in atari.org 16/32 forum as that is where I think they hang out or at least I will get an idea of help from there but I must remember not to mention the A word.

Yhe email I am providing is for a man who wrote a 68k program called Imagecopy. Imagecopy works on the Tos/Gem platform.

The program is an image browser which(due to good programming skills)
works on a 1 meg Atari 68000 with lowley Tos 1.0 all the way through to Tos 2.06, 4.04, Magic & a few other os's on machines with all flavours of 68k.

The program also does this, if it crashes it keeps running, displaying a message alerting you to what happened and then "Working around the problem".

I have not come across better programming.

I would very much welcome the porting of this man over to Apple 68k.

Hey ~coxy, i've got an idea.

I've noticed before the stuff at the bottom with stats, like the newest member... well... I wondering g it were possible to add a small area for a "about me" area in our profiles. It might help people get to know each other a little better. I noticed the section in the webpage with similar stuff of some members. Maybe you could make a simple automated input using javascript (or something similar) and then have a database search and browse thing so members could do it at their discretion.

... just throwing an idea out there.
