Well, my "parts" Duo 250 finally came and I have now rebuilt my addled 230. This leaves me with a Duo 230 and a pile of various Duo 230 bits- some good, some bad, some indeterminate.

Anybody have a use for any or all of a Duo bottom casing containing the following:

- Duo 230 motherboard w/bad internal SCSI (drive won't spin up), untested in a dock
- 80mb drive (good, but noisy) w/cable and mounts
- 14.4 Express modem (condition unknown)
- Passive matrix screen (LCD intact and backlight good, but screen has large black bars (cable problem?), latch broken)
- Side and center clutch covers

I'm not really looking for much on this. Offer me postage and something to make it worthwhile and it'll probably be yours.

I also have a Duo 250 active matrix display. The screen looks good, though there are a couple of small scratches (cosmetic issue) and one corner of the bezel is "sprung" (haven't tried to disassemble this to see if it would pop back in). The latch is also broken, but intact, so it may be possible to glue it.

I'll consider offers on this... otherwise, it's off to ebay.
