Yup, I'm leaving for the airport in about 20 minutes. I'll be gone for about 10 days. Should be some fun. I know you'll all miss me (I hope I'm not biting your style, jt)

China was a great place, I very much enjoyed being there in 1994.

I'm curious as to with whom candyPunk is going tho... Westerners generally don't travel to China alone...

Well thats not entirely true. There's quite a well established banana pancake trail through many parts of China which attracts large numbers of western hippies, backpackers and itinerants.

I'm back! Didja miss me??? I'm sad to say that I had access to absolutely zero macs over there, but did use one peecee. On the other hand, I got into my head a few new ideas to keep me busy with my 68k's

My best friend is Chinese I wouldn't have survived on my own without her family. No way. I can say "I don't want it," "thank you," and...um...oh, "hello," but I never did. I know how to recognize a few words, though. Did you know that the way you say "crazy" in Chinese is directly translated as "nerve sickness"? I got a kick out of that

That's because the Chinese had a better understanding of the human body than anyone else, over a thousand years ago, and knew a great deal about the nervous system, including treatment of nerve damage from strokes and injury, in both a method of acupuncture and what we would now include in Physical Therepy.
