I AM immune to high voltage electricity! I can discharge Mac Plus CRTs across my chest and not die.

I can also stick my hands into the case of a SE/30, and start speaking in toungues and prophetizeing.

this could be a sign that I'm immune too!
I've also had no previous encounters with ESD.
I must retain it or something.

I was lucky I guess.
This two-flat in Chicago that I was living in had old wiring with the fuses. they were annoying. although I was too little to remember the neuccance

Glad to hear that curiosity did NOT kill the cat

When I was 7 I had the bright idea that I could plug two things into one outlet by (* drum roll please *) crossing the plugs! Result of my early engineer efforts: BIG BOOM, Black mark on wall, one scared poopless 7 year old. But I still became an engineer anyway.

Yes, High voltages are fun. I too am immune. After one 220v line (+ one 3 yr old = flying kiddo!), 6 regular 120v lines (turn OFF the circuit breakers before you do electrical work gang! ), and several other computer related (and the power source should be the one.....OUCH!), I'm STILL ticking. Just goes to show how darn durable penguins are, specially when they are space cowboys too!

There is only one path and that is the path that you take, but you can take more than one path.
