aside from my lycos email(which is tedious to access), I have been trying unsuccessfully to acces my powergen email. here are the settings I am using:-

Email username: shaktiman@pgen.net
password: I am not giving this info
incoming mail host(pop3): pophost1.pgen.net
outgoing mail host(smtp): mailhost.pgen.net

news host: newshost.pgen.net

I believe that netscape is using claris email as default and also consider that claris email dosnt like my username being an email address.

I am open to suggestions!

Why don't you use the email program in Netscape Comunicator it's pretty good.

Anyway I seem to remeber you had to put the @ in a different place. maybe it was username.host.co.uk@pop.host.co.uk

but I might be completely wrong.... I'm sure someone on here must be running it ATM.
