You may have heard in some of my posts about the insanely long NetBoot saga... anyway, while trying to get Mac OS X Install CD onto the hard driveof the iMac, we forced the mach-kernal file over the ethernet pipe.
A very wierd icon results - the happy Mac, which then decides to stand up on a pair of legs! I have *NEVER* seen this icon before, anyone?
(Pic coming when I get a digicam...)

Crazy! Awesome! Frightening!

Never seen it, but the other day I got a sad mac with a lovely black background. I hadn't seen black before. Or wait, had I? Who knows. Something wasn't happy with what my OS8 cd was doing. It worked in the end. I want to see that picture!

If you want to emulate it, then you'll need to NetBoot a Mac without a proper kernel installed...
