What I need to know is are there any Powerbook 550c computers for sale & how much for.

We don't really have any Japanese-speaking soldiers here, but we could use some. There's a huge fandom of Apple and 68k in Japan that we need to befriend and partner with!

i made a contact with someone i assume to be japanese when i gave him some help getting a vidcap card running. i'll look at the old messages and see if i can verify where he lives.

i wouldn't get my hopes up on getting one of those 550c's tho!
