 IIfx 7.6.1 RAM Disk? Where the hell is it?!

I installed 7.6.1 on an external drive connected to my IIfx. After installing web browser software, I went to do the cache-on-a-RAM-disk trick and the Memory Control Panel had no RAM disk controls! I seem to remember 7.6.1 having RAM disk controls on ye old PM 7100. Is this just not supported on the IIfx? Am I just an idiot?

Get a hold of a OS 8 control panel for memery and try that, but not sure.
