i picked up an asante tech mclc rev a card the other day for my performa 476. It has the socket for the fpu, but the chip isn't. I read that the card is compatible with most pizza box macs, but i'm not having any luck with this. The mac identifies it fine as an ethernet card, and the lights light up, but my hub doesn't light on the any ports that the mac is connected to. I'm wondering if there is a trick to this card that i'm not aware of. thanks for any help.p.s. the driver installation that i found doesn't do anything. Sgt. I got the same card as yours with my LC630. I spent weeks trying to figure out how to make the damn thing work, tried it in my LCII also. This card seemed to have the same problem as what you are having, and i'm sorry to have to say this, but your card is screwed.-------------------------- Pizzabox LCs RULE!!!!!!!
