 TCP/IP on OS 7.5/7.6

OK, I want to play Civ II Multiplayer, but the dang thing only runs over TCP. So, I need to set up TCP on Macs that run 7.5 and/or 7.6. I've enabled TCP/IP in the control panel - how can I actually get the thing working?
