Good find, MacGuru has good expanatory text about the Mac models they feature. Another similar site with actual pictures of motherboards (but only a subset of Mac models) is:

I've seen that mac gurus site...content is a bit on the lackluster side, but it's that whole communist-themed thing they've got going on that tickles my fancy!
