 Overclocking Motorola 56001 DSP

There are instructions on how to overclock the 56001 DSP that is used on the AudioMedia Sound Designer Pro Tools cards etc from
32Mhz to 50 Mhz

It's for the atari but the mac cards would be similar.

A speed increase of rougly 56% is possible.

There's also a software way of overclocking the Motorola 56001 DSP by upping it's internal clock.

If I find out more info I might write a utiliy to do it.

The software overclocking is only for the 56002 which means only the NB24 card can be overclocked by software.

All the other cards have to use the hardware mod.
