1) Maybe if you wrote a section on it.
2) No. Not unless you're good with serious hacking, anyway.

No I would like a MagicMac forum. I am quite happy to write a section about MagicMac.

I doubt that there's much call for such a forum...
I thought that you meant a section on the website.

Exactly. Lounge or 68k Software. Take your pick.

You doubt that there would be much call for such a forum, well all I can say that is perhaps we could have a vote. MagicMac is an operating system which is 68k optimised and is made for Apple macs. It will add to the resource for software that you can use.

Pop along to http://www.application-systems.de/magicmac/

I honestly believe that MagicMac has somthing to offer.

sounds like it may, but i don't know enough about it to vote for a dedicated forum at this point. make your case in the forums indicated and you'll have a shot!

feel free to post as many links as you want into a dedicated message/listing in my Links Project in the peripherals forum.

this joint ain't a democracy by a long shot, (nor should it be, IMHO) but popular (grass roots movements! ) demand has gotten at least three additional forums started since i enlisted!

jt . .

p.s. it might be better if you started a topic for this discussion in the lounge with a short intro, your best links and cross link it to a more detailed listing in the project thread. that will be linked from our web page at some point and may draw more interested people to your cause from outside the ranks (and increase enlistments!), but that's up to supermod.

Hey, this is the first I'd heard of MagicMac! It looks really cool- 'cept it's in freekin' GERMAN! I did take an intro to German class last semester, but I sure don't know enough to make sense of a whole OS. Is there an english version? Where would a total (english-only) newbie go for info/specs/requirements?
Thanks!

That will link to the ultimate tos software index and you should get everything you need there.

I shall endevour to find the english resources(I have them for Magic (note no mac at the end) on my st but I am a newbie to the Mac and need help on this side myself)
