Hey, I got this vMac thingy, so i can run system 6 and stuff, but it sez i need the macplus rom to use it. any idea where i can get it legally? im not really into chugging sys6, but it would be sort of cool to have on an ibook

that'd be mighty risky, even with salvaged legal ones! they've got a great chart tho!

more info on the "vMac thingy" rev that you have would be good!
sounds interesting! do you have the gemulator board? otherwise you only need a ROM image which is probably only legally licensed when copied temporarily to RAM on a Radius Rocket each time it boots. i am sure any ROM image written to disk is "not licensed for use" even if you own the ROMs! so why bother if you don't have the gemulator card?
