Well, I do not need all 20, but a have a quadra 700 with only 4 megs of ram. I think it has 4 slots for ram. If you could give out about 4 pieces, I would pay a few bucks for them. How much do you want? I do not know how much something like this is worth..

ok.. listen close.On each chip on the SIMMs, there is a number... the last 4 digits will be something like 1000, 4000, x256, etc. if it says 1000 its a 1MB
x256 is a quarter Meg
4000 is 4 Megs there is some variation between makers. If you post the last 6 numbers off one of the chips on each SIMM, I should be able to figure out the sizes. ~Marchie ~Chaplain Marchie Holder of the Compact Mac -

Well, I was looking on ebay, and they are pretty cheap. I would not really like to deal with ebay though. I think the quadra can hold 68 megs of ram total, with only 4 slots. It most likely has 4 megs on the motherboard and 4 expansion slots. If you can supply me with anything close to 68 megs total in 4 pices, I will give 10 dollars+ and whatever shipping costs. If not, I will still take the ram. If it is 4, 4 meg peaces then I will pay a bit less, but I will still gladly pay. If you think this price is not fair, just tell me.

Is not 4 megs on the motherboard? Or is it just pre-installed in one of the rams slots?

you should have 4mb on the board, but you might want to check the specs for yourself to boost other ideas.

Thanks. I had no idea that it could support a resolution of 1154*870 if upgraded enough.
