You'd honestly be better off closing that account and starting a new one, as most sellers normally delete bids made by anyone with a negative score. Some delete bids if it's zero, too. I have 3 negatives, myself, but luckily have been able to build up to a 67 score. You really should get that rating changed, either open a new account or talk to the eBay admins if it isn't actually your fault (and you have the documentation to prove it.) -3 is VERY BAD!!!
