Which version of Classic MacOS introduced "FileSharingLib"?

Does anybody know which ersion of Classic MacOS introduced "FileSharingLib"? I suspect it was somewhere around 9.2, but I can't find a definitive answer.

Googling 'macos "FileSharingLib"' nets only 27 results.

from what I can tell, 8.6 had a crude version of it and it was probably 9.0 that really used it (although I won't know if the 'classic' one is still just the same thing tho but most likely
(much of this came from japan sources interestingly enough, at least thankgod for yandex to let me read it!)
