We Love Macs and MemoryX.net (same company) are good for old Mac RAM, though they are not the cheapest. Still, I've never gotten a bad stick from them.
Remember that you *cannot* use EDO memory in the 7200. The memory for the 7200 *must* be FPM.
The Power Computing clones based on the 7200 also have this restriction, but it won't damage the logic board in those machines; it simply won't work. In Apple's 7200, Apple claims that EDO memory can do actual damage to the logic board.
Interestingly, Apple also claims that 256MB DIMMs will work, only no one ever made a 256MB FPM 168 pin buffered, 5V DIMM. 128MB is the maximum size for that type of DIMM.
