What software is on the first edition of the Macintosh Plus manual?

Hey!

I'm trying to find the software that is featured on the cover of the first edition Macintosh Plus manual, which can be found here! It looks like a spreadsheet/charts application, but I can't seem to find anything about it on the internet.

It may be Microsoft Chart, or it may not be anything. It could be a mockup screenshot merely to promote the Plus as a business-class machine.

MS Chart indeed displays charts in a scroll-bar-less window with a grow icon, just like that one. 

Of course, they appear to have wiped out the menu titles, for some reason.
