Yep, clearly Indido. Graphite looks really different.

Btw, i have a 500 Mhz with an overall scratched case, should I respray it? Most importantly, which colour(s)?

It's not sprayed, buff the bezassus out of it to remove the scratches. You'll have to gauge the coarseness of buffing compound necessary to remove the deepest scratches and work your way down through less aggressive compounds until you give it a glasslike sheen with a very fine rouge on your buffing wheel.
