What Apple Prototype Did I just Stumble Upon “Flamingo” ? 920-1873-03

I'm not sure what that is. Looks like some type of testing rig, maybe given the timeframe and size Airport?

I think I saw something similar being sold as a production line testing board a while back. 920- boards seem to be that kind of thing - I have an iPod board and a couple or Apple Watch breakout boards. Not sure what this is though.
