USB Card for Power Mac Beige G3 Tower?

I have a Power Mac Beige G3 Tower and I'd like to add a USB keyboard and mouse to it.  Would a card like this work? http://www.ebay.com/itm/321364394880

The auction doesn't mention the Beige G3 but I can't imagine why it wouldn't work.

Controller Opti FireLink 82C861 was chosen by Apple for iMac, is more likely to work than later EHCI cards. Consider posting a LF (looking for) in our Trading Post.

Probably, it will work in a Power Mac G3.

I got the card today but it it doesn't seem to be working.  The problem may be that belkin's site says that it needs OS X and I'm using 9.2.  Are there any drivers for this card for 9.2?
