I figured this one out finally. The Mac got an official Apple upgrade. To which a packet is sent with both a US and Euro (maybe specific to a country, dunno) regulatory sticker as well as a new name-plate. What someone simply did was to affix BOTH of the darn stickers. One on top the original, other to the side. They also swapped name plate. Weird, but at least I figured out why it still had a 110v power supply.I always wondered. Is it forgery or restoration when you put a new sticker on an old Mac?
As to answer your question. If its replacing the original sticker as an identical, restoration. But changing it to be something better (like putting a 128k sticker on a 512k) would be forgery I would think - trying to make it better than what it is.
