I'm using it right now and it's not horrific. It'll definitely be usable as a 2nd, Menu screen in AI on the QS'02. Did some work on it today and the lines can be really distracting. I like the way they ramp exponentially 1-2-4.

I told 'em I'd be thrilled to get the same panel with some scratches on the case and no base, they sound really happy to oblige. I also told 'em not to pack the bubble wrap in so tightly that it has no give for cushioning and to cover the LCD with tissue paper and cardboard. I'll bet it was a good whack and the bubble wrap borked the panel.

Hm - it should have embedded them, they might appear as links to Twitter?

I can get them, they're still on my phone, but that'll have to be something I do tomorrow.

Also, I didn't realize 27-inch 1920x1200 displays had ever been a thing. It sort of makes sense. That's probably about the top resolution that makes sense for most OS9 machines anyway.

Yep. loved it in 24" but this beast is just amazing, I hope they find me another one and it gets here without incident. BTW, the gorgeous swiveling column stand will be turned into a laptop base for the HP Notebook. Not sure the GeForce4 MX will dual head two 1920x1200 screens @24bit, we'll see, I may need to find a PCI card that'll drive the second one?

@Von Love your taste in cases and combo 3.5"/5.25" FDD Bezels. Mine came with both drives, but it's slated for a Zip/Slotloader Optical upgrade at some point. I've got a Sun ZFP case that'll make a nice base for under a TAM Compact done by Sun after they bought out Apple. Love  PINK  Purple! [:D]

This is my current "homelab" setup I've got going on, while in the process of trying to get my network at home semi organized.  blue HP is acting as a router running OpenWRT, Unifi 8 port switch, Unifi controller,  the Mac Mini is running Plex, the Raspberry Pi 4 runs octoprint and controls my Ender 3 3d printer, the dell tower runs ESXI and runs FreeNAS and a small Windows network for playing.  I was hoping to run PFSense instead of OpenWRT as a VM as my main router, but I'm using a 4G connection as my internet currently and PFSense/BSD's support for the Sierra Wireless card I use seems to be a bit lacking.  One day it will be all nice and organized again...maybe

They did it to the whole UI of RISC OS.  Which when it was new looked incredibly classy, but looking back looks very dated now.
I like dated :)

For example, my daily driver hackintosh looks like this:

I have no clue what model it is, but I found it at the dump back in 2008, and I've used it for various PC projects ever since.

The main thing I'd like is for the DVD drive and USB hub bezels to be white or beige instead of black.  Other than that and some obvious wear and tear (not to mention some uneven yellowing of the case front), it's perfect!
