Never mind the original colors, matching color is next to impossible, though replacing apple AND leaf might be matched well enough.

I'd just make up a batch of rainbow apples and leaves that hit the spot! [}:)] ]'>

 
I have the exact measurements and designs for the leaf and apple body. It might be time well spent just printing both. The leaf is especially hard to print since it has a very narrow and small flat base. Most (cheepo) printers aren't able to get a OEM fit, but its better than nothing.

 
Seems like the kind of replacement item that would be far cheaper to have CNC-cut (laser or waterjet) from a flat sheet rather than 3D printed.  The end purchaser could file or sand down the edges for an authentic looking chamfer if they wanted.
