Technical Introduction to the Macintosh Family?

What is this book about? I was browsing a Mac related search result on Amazon and turned it up. I have the Guide to the Mac Family Hardware and Inside Macintosh vols. 1 - 7. Also various other books such as Designing Cards and Drivers, etc.

Will "Technical Introduction to the Macintosh Family" add anything to that assortment?

Probably not. If you have the second edition of Guide to the Macintosh Family Hardware, turn to page xxxiv. (Or page xxiv in the second edition of Cards and Drivers) In the About the Macintosh technical documentation section, that Tech Intro book and the Programmer's Intro book, as well as others are described. I remember passing over buying the intro books when they first came out in the bookstores because they were too basic. I think you know that stuff already.
