I put my mac 128k together after days if work. But the disk doesnt seem to work. when I tried manually removing the disk with a tie, there was a spark where the 2 objects touched. Is this dangerous or is it normal?

I can't imagine sparking ever being a good thing.
Did you remember to earth the chassis to the analogue board when you reassembled the unit?

Yep, It only happened once, it never happened after that
