I went to my electronics surplus shop today and my sales guy wasn't there so I was paying full price for everything. I didn't get much, just an extended keyboard and external drives. Apparently the Bernoulli drives go for 30-50, and I got them for $3.50. They have a lot more of those, so I will see if they are an easy sell then I will go back for more. The keyboard was $12.50.

Bernouilli drives! That's a nice find! They might be obsolete, but if you're after obscurity then that's certainly the way to go! Or you could get the more common and (apparently) reliable SyQuest drives instead.

I don't think they come with the disks, however there might be some more there that do have the disks. I will look next time I go back.

If anyone is interested in buying these, I have no need for them right now. Like I said, I don't think they have disks in them, I have to check.

I snagged a couple lest year with some disks, cool to have. Anything removable or tape based ends up in my collection at some point.

I still have a few SyQuest drives from the '90s. A couple 44mb drives and a 270mb drive with plenty of media. We used to do our daily backups on them. Great, reliable drives and they make a very distinct sound :)
