Yes: Snow faithfully emulates a SE/30 to the extent that it can run A/UX 3.1!

Instead it emulates SCSI devices (a BlueSCSI and a DaynaPort Ethernet adapter.) Additionally, although it needs HD images that are bit-level (not volume-level), I don't think it has a compressed format.
